Today’s episode begins with Karan saying this was bound to happen. He says Amba had transferred Amba Nivas to Parth in her will.
Karan says Parth returned the property to Tulsi out of his goodness but legally it belonged to Parth. He says Gautam took over the property used the excuse of business losses found a legal loophole built a hotel there and is now suffering the consequences.
Karan Gets a Call from the District Magistrate
Karan says anyone who does wrong will eventually face the results. He says Gautam will soon be on the streets. Just then Karan receives a call from the District Magistrate. He is shocked. Nandini asks what happened.
Karan says the District Magistrate wants to check the documents related to the partition of Shantiniketan. Nandini reminds him that they never completed the legal partition and do not even have a partition deed.
Raunak wonders how the District Magistrate suddenly found out about the matter. Karan says someone must have informed them.
He suspects Gautam.
Gautam and Karan Suspect Each Other
Meanwhile Gautam blames Karan. He says Karan cannot tolerate seeing him doing well in life. He says Karan is selfish and is trying to ruin him. Shobha says she does not believe Karan would do such a thing.
Gautam says Karan never stood in his way before but now he cannot tolerate his happiness. He says he will not spare Karan today. Karan also says he will not spare Gautam.
He accuses Gautam of misusing the law to trouble him. Karan angrily walks downstairs. Nandini asks him to first find out the truth before reacting.
Karan and Gautam’s Argument
Karan and Gautam start arguing. Gautam says Karan thinks shutting down his hotel will make him happy. He says that will not happen.
Karan says Gautam believes he will become the owner of the entire Shantiniketan by calling the partition illegal but that will never happen.
Gautam says he is the real owner of Shantiniketan.
Karan accuses him of complaining to the District Magistrate. Gautam denies it. He says whatever he does he does openly unlike Karan whom he accuses of secretly shutting down his hotel.
Gautam and Karan Face Off
Karan tells Gautam not to lecture him. He asks why Gautam talks about honesty while doing illegal work. Karan says Gautam has been punished and will soon lose everything.
Gautam says he will destroy Karan as well.
Karan replies that he will defeat Gautam through the law. Gautam accepts the challenge. Damini asks Nandini to stop Karan.
Nakul and Raunak Clash
Niyati questions why Damini is only blaming Karan and not asking Gautam to stay quiet.Damini tells Niyati she is not talking to her.
Nakul supports Gautam and says he is right. Raunak defends Karan. Soon both sides of the family begin arguing. Nandini watches everything and remembers Tulsi’s words.
Shobha asks everyone to stop fighting. She asks Karan to go inside and tells Damini to take Gautam upstairs.
Samaira and Garima’s Secret Is in Danger
Garima runs to Samaira. She says the college has sent an attendance notice because she skipped classes. The principal wants to meet Karan personally.
Garima panics and says Karan will never forgive her if he finds out. Samaira tells her to calm down. At the same time the police arrive at Shantiniketan. They both are shocked.
The inspector asks Samaira and Garima to calm Karan and Gautam.
Tulsi Makes a Grand Entry
The inspector says a complaint has been filed by the owner of the house. Karan immediately says he is the owner of Shantiniketan and he did not file any complaint.
Gautam says Karan is pretending to be innocent because he wants to take over the house. Karan says Gautam is already acting like the owner.
Gautam says he is both the son and the owner of the house. Both brothers begin arguing over who the real owner is.
Just then Tulsi arrives. Everyone is shocked. Tulsi says she is the real owner of the house because she is Mihir’s wife. She says Shantiniketan belongs to her.
Tulsi Shocks the Family
Tulsi asks Maharaj why there are two Tulsi plants in the courtyard. She tells him to move the new Tulsi plant to the terrace because only one Tulsi plant should be in the courtyard.
Karan stops Maharaj. He says no one will touch that Tulsi plant because it belongs to their side of the house. Tulsi asks Which side?
She says the house is one, the courtyard is one, the soil is one and the temple is one. She asks how there can be different sides.Tulsi says she and Mihir are the owners of this house.
She asks whether anyone took her permission before dividing the house. She declares that the partition is illegal. Tulsi says if the house and courtyard are one there will also be only one Tulsi plant.
Tulsi Slaps Gautam
Gautam welcomes Tulsi. He blames Karan for creating all these problems. Suddenly Tulsi slaps Gautam. Everyone is shocked.
Tulsi says the slap is for turning Amba Nivas into a hotel that serves alcohol. She tells him he is a lawyer who reads every document carefully. She asks if he forgot Amba’s letter clearly stated that Amba Nivas should educate poor girls and provide employment to women.
Instead he opened a hotel there.
Tulsi says that is why a stay order has been issued. From today the hotel will remain closed. Tulsi then reveals another notice. She asks Garima why she hid the college notice from Karan. She asks if she thinks she is being clever.
Karan Blames Tulsi

Gautam defends Tulsi. He says she is their mother. Karan says she may be Gautam’s mother but not his. He says the woman who killed her own son cannot be his mother.
Gautam says him Tulsi has already completed her punishment in jail. Karan says that does not bring his brother back. He declares that Tulsi cannot stay in this house. Gautam says he wants to see who can throw her out.
Tulsi Asks Karan to Hit Her
Karan says he will. Both brothers begin fighting again. Tulsi stops them. She says this house belongs to her and only she will decide who stays here.
Tulsi tells Karan that she knows he hates her deeply but she will not allow that hatred to destroy the family.
Karan says she already destroyed his family by taking away both his brothers. Tulsi says if hitting her can bring his brothers back he is free to do so. Karan says that is the difference between them.
Karan says she may become a mother who can live after losing her son and grandson but he can never become a son who kills his own mother.
Tulsi Refuses to Leave Shantiniketan
Tulsi says she will stay in Shantiniketan no matter what. She says neither Karan nor anyone else can change her decision.
Tulsi says removing the line dividing the house is pointless when a much bigger wall of hatred exists between the family members.।She says the family is not yet ready to live together.
She promises the day everyone removes the hatred from their hearts she herself will erase the dividing line. Until then both the line and she will remain in the house. Tulsi thanks the inspector for coming. She says her lawyer will complete all the legal formalities.
She adds that if needed she will call the police again because everyone can clearly see the anger inside her sons. The inspector leaves.
Tulsi Warns Gautam and Nakul
Gautam hands the house keys back to Tulsi. He says she should now take responsibility for her house. Tulsi accepts the keys.
She tells everyone to fall in line because she is now in charge of the house. Tulsi stands before Amba and Govardhan’s photos. She says a storm destroyed everything but with their blessings she will rebuild the family.
She promises them that as long as she is alive Shantiniketan will remain one family.
Nakul Question Tulsi
Nakul says Tulsi is forgetting one thing. He says he has the Power of Attorney for Amba Nivas.
He says Tulsi herself gave it to him while she was in jail. He says they started the business legally so she cannot stop them. Tulsi says Gautam never taught Nakul proper legal procedures. She says she can stop them and she will.
Gautam requests Tulsi to understand their situation. He says they converted Amba Nivas into a hotel because the family needed a permanent source of income while she was in jail. He says they wanted financial stability and never had bad intentions.
Nakul adds that all the paperwork was completed legally and Tulsi cannot stop them. Tulsi replies that she will challenge everything in court and stop them legally.
Precap: Karan accuses Tulsi of taking away both his brothers and says she now wants to destroy whatever he has left.Gautam tells Tulsi that she should stay on his side of the house.
Tulsi reminds him that this is her house. She says Gautam has forgotten the law. Tulsi declares that the entire house belongs to her and she will run it the way she wants.
She also announces that since both Karan’s and Gautam’s families are living in her house they will now have to pay her rent. Karan and Gautam are left shocked.
