Today’s episode begins with Samaira telling Garima she is happy she came back home safely. She apologizes for not being able to help her.
She says everything happened so suddenly. They handed her the phone and asked her to pretend to be Garima’s mother in front of the police so she got nervous. She says it was good that Krish’s parents came and got Garima out.
Samaira and Garima’s Conversation
Garima says whatever happened is over now. The best part is no one in the family found out. Samaira says after everything happened she still managed to take money from Karan.
Garima says was the reward for taking such a big risk. Samaira says the real risk was not telling Karan the truth so she deserved money.
Samaira and Garima start arguing over the money. Garima pretends to be upset. Samaira gives her the money.
Garima takes it and reveals that she was only fooling Samaira to get the money. The both of them start chasing each other playfully.
Raunak Gets Angry
Raunak sees them and scolds them. He asks if they will ever become serious in life. He says Karan is already under a lot of stress because of Tulsi. He tells them about the plan they made.
He says he thought Tulsi would leave the house but every plan has failed while they are busy having fun. Garima says they already did everything they could. Samaira says he should not blame them because all his plans has failed.
She says Tulsi is always one step ahead of everyone. She says they do not want to hear another lecture or create more trouble. She asks Raunak to leave.
Raunak challenges Garima and Samaira
Raunak says it is easy for them to say that. He challenges them to make a plan themselves as they call themselves a mastermind who fools everyone.
He asks her to make a plan that will force Tulsi to leave the house. Samaira says she will not make any more plans.
Karan Almost Finds Out
Just then Karan comes there and asks what they are talking about. All of them get scared and think they have been caught.
Karan says it is a good thing he came there because if he had not heard their voices he would never have known they were awake.
He asks what they are discussing so late at night when they could have talked in the morning. He asks why they are still awake.
Garima says they were just going to sleep and Raunak had come to wish them good night. She asks Karan to go and sleep too. Karan leaves. Garima and Samaira feel relieved and go to sleep.
Tulsi Leaves to Help Arundhati
Later that night it starts raining. Damini comes to close the window. Shobha says she also came as Tulsi is not at home and she was worried. Damini says Tulsi left as soon as she heard about Arundhati.
Shobha says Tulsi and Arundhati became friends in jail. Arundhati’s health suddenly became worse so Tulsi immediately went to look after her because Arundhati has no one else.
Damini says ten years is a long time and after spending so much time together a close relationship is natural. Shobha says maybe others cannot build such relationships but Tulsi always can. She says Tulsi easily creates deep bonds with people.
Raunak Goes Missing
The next day Karan asks Garima and Samaira where Raunak is. He asks how it is possible that they do not know where he is.
Garima quietly asks Samaira where Raunak could have gone because he is a good boy and never goes to party. Karan notices them whispering and asks if they know anything.
Garima says they do not know where he is. Nandini says she has called all of Raunak’s friends but no one knows anything. She also says Raunak’s phone is switched off.
Family Worries About Raunak
Karan tells Nandini she should keep a closer watch on the children. Nandini says they are grown up now so it is difficult to keep an eye on them all the time.
Karan says they are already suffering because of carelessness so they cannot be careless anymore.
He also scolds Garima and Pari. Just then Karan receives a call from an unknown number. He answers it and is shocked.
Raunak Is Arrested
Karan and Nandini reach the police station.
The inspector tells them that Raunak has been accused of a three crore fraud.
He says an FIR has been filed and Raunak has been brought in for investigation. Karan says the inspector is wrong. He says Raunak is his son and fraud is not in his blood. He asks if there is any proof.
Raunak Faces Fraud Charges
The inspector says the investigation has just started and the evidence will be found during the investigation.
Nandini says there must be some misunderstanding because Raunak can never do such a thing.
The inspector says arguing with him will not help. If they believe Raunak is innocent they should go to court and bring bail papers. He warns that if Raunak does not get bail the next day he may have to stay in jail for three to four days.
Karan Trusts Raunak
Karan tells Raunak that nothing will happen to him. Nandini asks Raunak if the police hurt him. Raunak says someone is trapping him.
Karan says he trusts him completely and promises to get his bail the next morning. The inspector says Raunak will have to stay in jail for the night.
Raunak says he cannot stay there. Karan assures him that he will bring him home.
Karan Looks for Help
Karan and Nandini return to Shantiniketan. Nandini wonders how all this happened. He says someone is deliberately trapping Raunak.
He says first he will get Raunak’s bail and then he will find out who is behind this. Nandini says Raunak must get bail because if the news spreads the Virani family’s name will be ruined.
She says Raunak has just started his career and they cannot let this become a stain on his future.
Karan Calls Hemant
Karan says he knows one person who can help even though it is difficult. He calls Hemant and tells him that Raunak has been arrested.
Hemant asks what happened. Karan says someone has trapped Raunak and asks Hemant to come to Mumbai immediately.
He says he will arrange the ticket because getting bail is very important.
Hemant Asks Karan to Seek Gautam’s Help
Hemant says government officers are inspecting the factory so he cannot leave. He says Gautam is with him and Gautam is one of India’s best lawyers.
He says Gautam can get Raunak bail very quickly. He asks Karan to speak to Gautam. Karan understands and ends the call.
Karan Refuses to Ask Gautam
Nandini says Hemant is right and they should talk to Gautam. Karan refuses. He says he would rather die than ask Gautam for help. He says Gautam will laugh at him.
He accuses Gautam of betraying him, trying to insult him, risking Nakul’s life by arranging his Vaishavi’s marriage. He says Gautam will never help him. Nandini says they have no other option because there are many lawyers but none can help as quickly.
Gautam Taunts Karan
Nandini reminds him that if Raunak does not get bail the next day he will remain in jail. Karan says he will spend as much money as needed but he will bring Raunak home.
Gautam overhears everything. He says parents should keep a close watch on their children because when children get too much freedom they often choose the wrong path.
Karan tells Nandini not to listen to Gautam because he is only insulting them. Karan walks away.
Shubha Requests Gautam
Later Shobha and Gayatri request Gautam to help Karan. They say Karan is angry and cannot think clearly. Gayatri asks him to think about Raunak.
Gautam asks why he should think about Raunak. He says just because he is older does not mean he is responsible for solving everyone’s problems.
He says if Karan had come and spoken respectfully he might have helped Raunak. Shobha reminds him that he keeps saying Raunak is like his own son. She asks him to help.
Damini Tries to Calm Gautam
Gautam says he saw what Karan tried to do with Nakul. He says Karan was trying to stop Nakul’s wedding.
He asks why he should save Karan’s son. Damini asks Gautam to calm down and think carefully. She says this situation is different.
She says Nakul’s wedding is near and if the matter reaches the court and police station people will talk.
Gautam Refuses to Help
Gautam says everyone already knows that both families do not live together and do not get along. He says even if a few more people find out because of Raunak he does not care.
Shobha reminds him that they are still family. Gautam says they may be family but Raunak is Karan’s son so this is Karan’s problem not his.Damini says he is just being stubborn.
Gautam says he does not want to discuss this anymore.
Karan Assures Nandini
Later Karan sees Nandini looking worried. He tells her everything will be fine. He says Advocate Saxena will go to court the next morning get Raunak bail and bring him home.
He also says he will do everything possible to stop the news from spreading because he is more afraid of the family’s reaction than the outside world.
Nandini says she only wants Raunak to come home safely. Karan promises that Raunak will return home after getting bail.He says tonight will be difficult for Raunak but tomorrow everything will be fine.
Saxena Suffers a Heart Attack
The next morning Karan is shocked to learn that Advocate Saxena has suffered a heart attack and cannot appear in court.
Nandini asks what they will do now and who will get Raunak bail. She reminds Karan that she had warned him earlier.
Karan asks her not to panic and says he will think of something. He tries contacting other lawyers but no one is available.
Nandini Requests Gautam
Nandini gets angry and says Karan is letting his ego come first. She leaves and goes to Gautam.
She folds her hands and requests him to get Raunak bail because if bail is not granted today Raunak will have to stay in jail for three more days.
Karan Feels Helpless
Karan receives a call from the inspector. Raunak speaks to him and begs him to get him out on bail. He says he cannot even breathe properly inside the jail.
Karan promises again that he will get him released. After the call Karan feels helpless. He sees Parth’s photo.
Karan becomes emotional and says he could not save Parth and could not help him. But this time he will not make the same mistake with Raunak. He promises that nothing will happen to Raunak and that he will save him at any cost.
Gautam Puts a Condition Before Nandini
Gautam agrees to help Raunak, but he says he has one condition. Nandini is shocked.
Precap: Gautam tells Karan even though they cannot stand each other there is one thing they both must protect. He says only he and Karan know the truth about Mihir.
Gautam warns Tulsi must never learn this truth. Karan says no matter how much he hates Tulsi he loves Mihir even more. He promises the secret will remain hidden forever and no one will ever learn the truth about Mihir.
