Today’s episode begins with Karan telling Samaira it is easy to see a father scolding his daughter but it is not easy to see the care and love hidden behind his anger. He tells the day she was born and the first time he held her.
He says he cannot express in words what he felt in his heart at that moment. He says that when he first saw her he decided that he would give her every happiness in the world and would never let the smile disappear from her face.
Karan Shares His Feelings With Samaira
Karan says people often say a son is the light of the house but a daughter is the real light of the home. He says a daughter is the apple of her mother’s eye and her father’s heart.
He says Samaira is his heart and today she has got engaged. Karan says when a daughter is born a father starts thinking about her marriage from that very day.He says Samaira is taking the first step into her new life so he has brought something for her.
He gifts her a Lord Ganesha idol and says it will always protect her. He says when children are in pain they do not understand how much their parents hurt too. Samaira apologises and promises that she will never do anything like this again.
Karan Asks Samaira to Make a Promise
Karan says he should apologise because it was his fault . He says Sid is a good boy. He says he could not understand this earlier and apologises to Samaira for never making her realise how much he loves her.
He says he never understood the need to sit with her and talk or understand her feelings and love. Karan admits he was so angry he could not see what Samaira was going through. He says knowingly or unknowingly he hurt her.
He asks Samaira to promise that no matter what happens whenever she is in trouble she will talk to him. He says they will never repeat what happened that night.
Karan and Samaira Get Emotional
Samaira promises him. It becomes an emotional moment. Samaira tells Karan if he keeps crying like this she will also start crying.
She jokes all her makeup will be ruined. Karan prays no one’s evil eye falls on Samiara’s happiness and leaves.
Samaira Feels Relieved After Karan Accepts Sid
Later Samaira feels happy while thinking about her engagement. She is especially happy because Karan has finally accepted her relationship with Sid. Sid comes there and asks why she is crying.
Samaira says she started crying while thinking about Karan. She says Karan has accepted their relationship and is a very big thing for her. She says she cannot even explain how much peace she feels.
Sid jokes that he did all the hard work. He says he went to her house alone and presented himself in front of her family so he deserves a little credit. Samaira says their competition has now increased. She says she will have to love Karan even more than Sid.
Sid says he accepts the challenge. He says he can never see Samaira stressed.
Sid Gives Samaira a Promise
Sid says he will always love Samaira. He says that with the exchange of rings they have officially become a couple. He officially promises her he will always stand by her as her life partner.
He says her happiness will be his happiness and her sadness will be his sadness. He says no matter how many ups and downs come in their lives he will never leave her side. He promises to give her all the happiness she deserves.
He says he loves her and thanks her for making him a part of her life. Samaira becomes emotional. Sid tells her that from now on if tears come into her eyes they should only be tears of happiness.
Garima Teases Sid and Samaira
Garima comes there and pulls Sid’s legs. She warns Sid that Samaira should not have tears in her eyes and says she knows how to deal with him if he makes her cry.
She asks Sid to remember his promise. Garima says Samaira is very precious to her and she considers Samaira like her own daughter.
Didi Bhai Creates a Scene at Dinner
Later the entire family gathers for dinner. Didi Bhai asks what is happening and questions what kind of engagement celebration this is.
She complains there is no non-vegetarian food. Tripti says the Virani family is vegetarian. Didi Bhai says guests should also be taken care of and asks what they will do now. She asks where the other family members are.
Tulsi Handles the Situation Gracefully
Tulsi says if today’s function had not been held at home and had been held in a hotel they could have simply ordered whatever food they wanted. But a house runs according to its rules. She says the rules of this house were made by their grandmother Amba Virani.
She says that is why they do not eat or serve non-vegetarian food in this house. Tulsi says Nandini has gone to bring the food and asks Didi Bhai to taste the vegetarian dishes.
Sid also requests Didi Bhai to try the food. Didi Bhai agrees. She tells Samaira since she is becoming their daughter-in-law she should learn to make non veg dishes.
Tripti’s Hidden Motive
Samaira quietly tells Sid that she is not going to learn to make all this. Sid tells her she will not have to make anything. Didi Bhai will stay with them only for a few days and then leave.
Tripti overhears them. She says Samaira will have to deal with Didi Bhai and even after Didi Bhai leaves, she will still be living in this house.
Karan’s Secret Call Raises Suspicion
Karan gets a phone call and excuses himself from the dinner table. Tripti and Tulsi become suspicious.
Karan answers the call and asks about Mihir. He asks if everything is fine there. He tells the person on the phone to send some gifts in Mihir’s name to the orphanage home.
He worries that if someone sees him talking they will start asking about Mihir and where he is. He disconnects the call. Tripti secretly hears Karan’s conversation.
Tripti Questions Tulsi About Mihir
Later Karan returns to the dinner table and Tripti also comes there. Tripti says there is a question she has wanted to ask for many days but she was hesitant.
She says now they have become family so she wants to ask. She asks Karan Tulsi if she is here then where Mihir is. Everyone becomes shocked. Tripti says she has been noticing this for many days and even today on such an important occasion Mihir did not come.
She asks if there is some problem. Didi Bhai asks who Mihir is. Tripti says Mihir is Tulsi’s husband. Didi Bhai is surprised that the father of the family is missing from such an important day. She asks where Mihir is.
Tulsi Gives an Excuse for Mihir’s Absence
Didi Bhai tells Tulsi she was the one who said elders should be present on such occasions to give their blessings. She asks where Mihir is and if he has had some fight with her.
She asks if something happened. Didi Bhai says if Mihir is not here why did they rush the engagement so quickly after all?
Tulsi says Mihir could not come. Didi Bhai asks how he could not come. She says if something like this happened in their house society would make it a big issue.
Tripti Gets Suspicious
Tulsi says everyone knows Mihir has gone to America for Karan’s business. She says Mihir came to know about the engagement but because of the bad weather he could not come. Tripti thinks about why Tulsi is hiding something.

Tripti says she has been longing for this feeling of belonging for so long. She says Didi Bhai once she starts living here she will be fine. Didi Bhai says if she stays in Shantiniketan Tripti will also stay here with her. Tripti says Tulsi has already come back to Shantiniketan.
