Today’s episode begins with Nandini saying that the truth is that the house and business are running because of Karan he is paying all the bills.
Karan asks why she is talking about this. Tulsi says Nandini is right. She says they should thank God that Karan is responsible enough to help the family during difficult times. Karan says they are all his family and it is his duty to support them.
Tulsi Reveals Karan’s Biggest Sacrifice
Tulsi says that is exactly what he is not understanding. He has his own family and child and he should think about them. She says she has become a burden on him.
Nandini tells Tulsi that she knows very well that she did not mean anything wrong. She says she was only stating a fact and did nothing wrong.
Tulsi Reveals Karan’s  Sacrifice
Tulsi says everyone in the family should know what Karan has done for them. She explains that Hemant is busy with his own work, Sahil is still trying to find his path, and Gautam is working hard to make his career strong again while paying off old debts.
She says that Gautam could not even send his son Nakul abroad for studies because of those debts. Damini says Nandini is not wrong. She says Karan is handling both households.
Gautam Feels Betrayed
Gautam asks Tulsi if that means she helped him using Karan’s money. He says Karan is carrying the expenses of the house and asks why she never told him.
Tulsi asks what she should have said. Gautam says he also earns and contributes as much as he can. He says if he had known this earlier he would not have had to hear such things today. Tulsi tells he was already working day and night to pay off debts so she did not want to increase his burden by asking for money.
She says she never asked Karan for money either nor did Mihir. Karan helped on his own after learning about their situation and they accepted his help. Karan tells Gautam that it should not matter whose money it is. He says everyone in the family has a right over him and he has a duty toward them. Nandini says Karan helped happily and had no intention of hurting anyone.
Power of Attorney ArgumentÂ
Nandini asks whether Tulsi’s decision was right. She says maybe Parth was more deserving and the power of attorney should not have gone to Riyo.
Karan asks her to stop. He says she is still holding on to the same issue. He says it is not a property matter. Tulsi only gave Riyo the authority to sign documents. Karan says Riyo is older than Parth. Even though he does not know much about the business he has more experience.
He asks how Tulsi’s decision can be called wrong and questions why money is being brought into the discussion. Nandini says Karan is trying to divert the topic and insists that the issue is not about money.
Tulsi asks why they are getting stuck on the matter again. She says she called Karan so everyone could discuss things openly. Tulsi admits that maybe she made a mistake by making such a big decision without asking him first.
Karan replies that just because he helps the family financially does not mean he has to be involved in every decision.
Gautam Feels Humiliated
Gautam says now he understands why Karan is always given priority. He says he never knew all this was happening and never wanted anything from anyone. He says tomorrow people might even say that the food he eats comes from Karan’s money.
He says he never wanted to hear such things. Karan asks him not to think that way. Damini says Nandini brought up the issue such thoughts were bound to come into everyone’s mind. Nandini says she already clarified herself and never intended to hurt anyone.
Damini replies that everyone still heard it. Gautam says he cannot explain how he is feeling. He says he always lived in the house believing it was his right because it belongs to Tulsi and Mihir. Karan assures him that it is still his house and that he is not separate from Tulsi and Mihir.
Riyo’s Fake Redemption
Riyo tells Karan and Gautam that they are mature people and should not be arguing.
He says none of this is anyone’s fault except his own.
Riyo says he knew trouble would come because of the power of attorney issue. He reminds Tulsi that he had warned her that the family would fight because of it.
Tulsi says she called Karan hoping the matter would be resolved and not move further but instead she made a mistake. Damini then asks Tulsi if she can speak to her privately and Tulsi agrees.
Damini Questions Karan’s Identity
Tulsi asks Damini why she wants to talk privately when such a big argument is happening in the house.
Damini says she did not want to speak in front of everyone because she respects Tulsi. she says neither she nor Gautam will take even a single rupee from Karan and Nandini. Damini says Nandini indirectly made them feel useless and incapable. She says she cannot tolerate such an insult to Gautam.
Damini says they may not have much money but they still have self-respect. She says that if rights are being discussed then Ansh and Gautam have a stronger claim because they are Tulsi’s son and Ansh is Riyo and Nakul is Gautam’s son.
Damini says that Karan is Mandira’s son. Tulsi asks her never to say such things in the house again. Damini says that it is still true that Karan is not the biological son of the family.
Nandini Overhears the Conversation
Nandini overhears the discussion and is shocked. She says she cannot believe what she just heard.
Nandini accuses them of gossiping about Karan behind his back. Tulsi tries to stop her and says Damini did not mean it that way. Nandini says she heard everything herself and knows exactly what Damini said.
Tulsi insists that she misunderstood the conversation. Nandini says she can understand a daughter-in-law being upset but making such comments about Karan is unacceptable. She says all she did was mention that Karan helps financially and never said it with bad intentions yet everyone turned it into a huge issue.
Tulsi asks her to calm down and says nobody was speaking badly about Karan. Nandini then says that Karan has already left after receiving a call from a friend. She says now she feels it would have been better if Karan had never returned from the US. She leaves in anger.
Tulsi worries that the matter has gone far beyond what it should have and asks everyone to end the discussion there.
Tulsi Watches Her Family Fall Apart
Hemant and Pooja return home and notice that Nandini is upset. They ask what happened. Hemant questions Parth and Parth explains everything. Tulsi also arrives.
Hemant asks what exactly happened. Tulsi tells she and Damini were talking when Nandini overheard part of the conversation and misunderstood it. Nandini insists that it was a criticism of Karan. Damini says Nandini does not want to understand anything and keeps seeing negativity in every situation.
Nandini asks how saying that Karan is not the family’s biological son is not gossip. She wonders how such thoughts even entered Damini’s mind. Gautam then asks Nandini to speak respectfully to Damini.
Damini sarcastically says that since she feeds everyone in the house she has earned the right to say whatever she wants.
Gautam Decides to Leave the House
Gautam says if he had known the household was running because of Karan’s money he would rather have stayed hungry than live there.He says he can no longer stay in the house.
Tulsi is shocked and asks what he is saying. She reminds him that Karan is his brother. Gautam says he is being forced to feel dependent and helpless.
He asks Tulsi why she made him feel this way and why she never told him the truth. He says he now feels completely useless despite being a son of the family.
Tulsi says whenever anyone in the family faced an illegal problem he helped them without keeping accounts. Gautam says he should have kept accounts because now everything is being counted. He says he can no longer stay there.
Hemant asks Tulsi how the matter became so serious. He says Nandini may not have had bad intentions but everyone has been deeply hurt. Pooja also says that Nandini was never meant to cause harm.
Hemant replies that she should try seeing the situation from Gautam and Damini’s perspective.
Riyo’s Fake Sacrifice of Power of Attorney
Riyo says he never wanted the power of attorney and does not understand why everyone keeps dragging the issue. He says there has been so much drama and insecurity over one document.
Riyo adds that he never wanted to break the family. Parth asks whether he is planning to return the power of attorney. Hemant scolds Parth and says family matters should not be discussed that way.
Meanwhile Gautam and Damini pack their bags and prepare to leave.Tulsi tries to stop them. Gautam says he loves Tulsi and Mihir but he cannot stay any longer. He says he may not be as successful as Karan but he has self-respect.
Gautam says she taught him never to live on someone else’s support. He says if he had known earlier that Karan was running the house he would never have come to stay there. Tulsi is left completely shocked.
Precap: Parth and Vaishavi’s engagement ceremony takes place. Tulsi refuses to perform engagement rituals. She says that since Nandini is soon going to become Vaishavi’s mother-in-law she should perform the ritual instead.
Parth says that the engagement ring is very important because it represents trust and he is placing his complete trust in her.Meanwhile Riyo is determined to separate Parth and Vaishavi.
